Motel Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Motel Rates are based on double (2) occupancy. Children 13 & under are free.
Additional persons (14 & over) are an additional $15.00 per night.
2 and 3 night minimum stays may be required on holiday and festival weekends.
An advance deposit equal to one night's rental is required to guarantee your reservation.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, a money order, or check. Balance is due upon arrival.
There is a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds for early departures. Your deposit will be refunded, less the $15.00 fee, if notice is received no less than 14 days prior to your arrival. With less than a 14-day notice, no refund can be made unless the unit is re-rented as reserved. We ask for your understanding that a reservation is a contract. We honor that contract by guaranteeing that you will have a unit available. In return, you guarantee that you will honor your reservation with us.
Cabin Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cabins require a minimum 3 night stay. Less than 3 night stay based on availability.
Additional persons (14 & over) are an additional $15.00 per night.
An advance deposit of $300.00 is required for a 1-week stay in a cabin to guarantee your accommodation. We do accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, a money order, or check. The balance is due upon arrival. There is a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds for early departures. Your deposit will be refunded if notice is received no less than 14 days prior to your arrival. With less than a 14-day notice, no refund can be made unless the cabin/house is re-rented as reserved. You will be responsible to pay for your entire stay. We ask for your understanding that a reservation is a contract. We honor that contract by guaranteeing that your cabin/house is available for you. In return, you guarantee that you will honor your reservation with us.
As a small seasonal destination, last minutes changes or cancellations leave us with units that we are unable to fill.
Dog Charge:
$15.00 per day per dog. (Limit 2) We don't ask for a pet security deposit because our guests have acted responsibly with supervising & picking up after their pets.

Check Out: Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
